About Playspaces
We are open 5 days a week, all year round to suit parents with their childcare needs. We only close on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Playspaces Nursery works in partnership with Angus Council to deliver 1140 hours of free government funded childcare to all 3-5 year olds and some eligible 2 year olds.

At Playspaces we aim to provide a home from home environment filled with cosy nurturing spaces to support the children learn and grow. Providing lots of different challenges for age and stage where staff are always providing high quality learning through different areas of the setting reflecting children's interests through everyday experiences. Playspaces thrives with family input to the running of our day care service to ensure we are providing care right for everyone.

What you need to provide
Standard Provisions
In order to assist with our infection control policy we ask each parent/carer to provide indoor shoes, slippers or plimsoles for the children to change into as they arrive at nursery, along with spare suitable outside and indoor clothes, wellies and sunhat.
All clothing and footwear should be clearly marked with your child's name. It may be a good idea to have a few spares in your child's box whilst they are toilet training.
Wellies are essential in our nursery as we will be outside at some point every day all year round. We do however provide waterproof overalls which allow children to be out in all weathers (during the pandemic parents are asked to provide a waterproof overall for their child).
